DoDo Girl 2012 Final night { Melbourne Event Photographer }

I had the pleasure of covering the DoDo Girl 2012 Final event with and for Salis Photography.  It was a great night and I certainly had a lot of fun covering the event.  All the ladies were lovely.  A big congratulation to all the winners - Breanna Gabrielle Herbert (2012 DoDo Girl), Kristylee Waine (1st Runner Up) and Ava Anderson (2nd Runner Up).

Emily - Bridal shoot { Melbourne Fashion Photographer }

Emily was the model for one of my shoots a few weeks ago ( http://www.thatstheshot.com.au/blog/2012/4/24/moonstone-melbourne-fashion-photographer.html ). The Makeup Artist (Anne Nicholls) at that  shoot believed that Emily has a very classic vintage bride's face and so has organised this shoot.  It was a very quick shoot for me,  I turned up when the makeup was done and took about an hour to wrap up the shoot.  Below are a few images from this session :

Tahan's Birthday Party { Melbourne Event Photographer }

I have photographed Tahan a few times in the past and tonight I was invited to her Birthday Party.  It turned out to be a fun night, the food was yummy, the music was great and the people were lovely.  What else can one ask for? : )

Moonstone { Melbourne Fashion Photographer }

A few weeks ago, a few of us had a discussion on Facebook about doing a shoot.   After our discussion, I drove around the Melbourne bay areas to look for a suitable location for this shoot. Eventually, I have found and decided to use this spot.  Samantha Nicholls who was the organiser of this shoot has been great in putting the team together.  We finally did the shoot last week.  Below are a few shots from this shoot.

Kieryn at Carlton Gardens { Melbourne Photographer }

I did a folio photo shoot for Kieryn Jade Brown.  The make up was done with the help of Make Up Artist Emily Lengpew.  Both ladies are very pleasant to work with.  The location is Carlton Gardens; Melbourne's old Exhibition Building.  Below are a few images from this shoot:
